Hello,
I have encountered an error about the OpenVPN client while we was fixing up my friend's certificate. It seems like he just got stuck on the yellow icon of the OpenVPN GUI after we imported the .ovpn file and connected it, resulting in an error to connect to the server. We also have just followed the guide as instructed on how to sign up for HV (both the site and the Discord server), everything is smoothly going according to plan until the .ovpn part. Hope that you can help us troubleshoot this conflict.

Suggestion: n00b Guardian (n00b sensei) revitalization
Reason:
Make the newbies be acquainted to the environment by letting n00b Guardians help them along the way. Make the role pingable (only in #noobs-newplayers) and an achievable role (by showing that they have helped n00bs along the way under the supervision and judgment of a moderator).
The n00b Guardian role will be removed should one be unable to do their role and/or not doing a Guardian's job for the course of the week (duration is subject for approval by the moderators). The n00b Guardian will be under the assumption that the player is a n00b, and thus any wrongdoings by the Guardian will be acted upon immediately by a moderator.
There will be no HVFL bonuses as a n00b Guardian (for obvious reasons), as the only bonus given is that you are recognized as one and will be treated as one. Other than helping out n00bs and racking up HVFL points in the process.
And besides, #noobs-newplayers looks like a command dump/q
